BLINQ grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes. Device Limit: A single license key may be activated on up to 3 devices simultaneously.

The "Lifetime License" grants you access to the current version of the Software and all future minor updates and bug fixes indefinitely. Major version upgrades (e.g., v2.0) may be subject to separate terms, though we currently intend to support the product continuously.

You agree not to:

• Sell, rent, lease, sub-license, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or your license key to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose.
• Share your license key publicly. We reserve the right to disable keys that are leaked or abused.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the Software fails to function on your device and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Please contact support with a description of the problem to initiate a refund request.

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. functionality relies on third-party VPN protocols (e.g., OpenConnect) and your organization's VPN configuration. We do not guarantee compatibility with every VPN configuration.
